Southern Bank Names Senior Commercial Loan Officer


(May 11, 2015 – Jonesboro, AR) Southern Bank recently announced Brock Fletcher has been named as Senior Commercial Loan Officer for Jonesboro and the surrounding area. Fletcher joins the senior lending staff, Lindley Smith and Kevin Alpe, at the Southern Bank location on East Nettleton in Jonesboro. With the addition of Fletcher, the senior lending staff offers more than 60 years of combined credit experience to the community.

Fletcher brings more than 14 years of banking experience to Southern Bank, including commercial lending, retail banking, and leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University.

“I’m excited to join an organization which places priority on local decision-making and values the people and businesses who make Northeast Arkansas great,” stated Fletcher.

A native of Lake City and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Jonesboro, Fletcher currently serves the community through his involvement in the Agri-Business Committee and Business Network Committee of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of Life Church of Jonesboro.

Fletcher and his wife, Danielle, reside in Jonesboro with their three children: Jackson, Emilia, and Wyatt.
