Starting at approximately 3:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, August 23rd until approximately 8:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, August 26th, Southern Bank will be performing maintenance on our systems. This maintenance is an upgrade for our current systems so that Southern Bank can support and offer additional product enhancements and new services to you, our valued customers.
How does this affect me?
- Account transfers will be unavailable through online banking, mobile banking, ATM, and Telebank.
- Account balance inquiries completed in person, through online banking and mobile banking will not reflect transactions completed during the maintenance period.
- Account balance inquiries requested at an ATM will be unavailable. ATM cash withdrawals will remain available.
- Telebanking will be unavailable.
